How does it work?
Using our specialized projectors and custom software, your blueprints are projected on the floor and wall in a 1:1 scale. Simply put, we convert measurements on paper to a life-size scale that allows you to walk through your floorplan. Using our mobile props (partition walls, couches, chairs, tables, beds, etc.), you can stage your home and experience the layout. When you walk it before you build it, your project always measures up to your expectations.
Do you edit or design floor plans?
No, we use your existing blueprints. We recommend that you bring a laptop and or printed plans to markup and change as you walk them.
Are There Size Requirements or Restrictions?
We collaborate on projects of all sizes. From pools, small home additions and new homes to large commercial buildings, and everything in between. Our projection floor is 70 ft x 44 ft. (3,080 sq. ft.) and our projection wall is 40 ft. x 15 ft. (600 sq. ft.). Larger projects are viewed in 3,000 square foot segments, and we can accommodate multiple segments during your appointment.
Who can come to the session?
We recommend bringing all the decision-makers with you (family, builder, architect, designer, etc.). You may bring additional people with you, and children are welcome with adult supervision.
Can I bring personal possessions to make sure they fit in my floor plan?
Yes. We allow some pieces to be brought in, including vehicles. Please note that we cannot store, transport, load, or unload your belongings and are not liable for damage that may occur to these items or any injuries that occur as a result of bringing them.
Do you offer special pricing to builders and architects?
Yes. We have memberships that allow multiple viewings at a discounted rate. We also offer free tours to industry professionals.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require a 24-hour notice for appointment changes. A non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of scheduling and will be applied to the cost of your appointment, or forfeited should you not provide a 24-hour notice.
